1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Tether Flow platform, website, and related services provided by TetherHost Web LLP ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Acceptable Use and Meta Policies

You agree to use Tether Flow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. As a platform built on the WhatsApp Cloud API, your use of the service is also strictly subject to the WhatsApp Business Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have obtained all necessary opt-ins and consents from customers before messaging them. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate Meta's policies or generate excessive spam reports.

3. Accounts and Billing

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API keys associated with your account.

Our fees for the platform are billed on a subscription basis. In addition, you are responsible for paying all WhatsApp conversation charges incurred by your account, which may be billed directly to your payment method on file or passed through according to your account configuration.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TetherHost Web LLP, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes before they take effect.
